How Long Does It Take For Delivery?
Normally, orders are delivered within 60 minutes of confirmation, but many factors effect delivery times. Speed of restaurant preparation, rush-hour traffic, and the size of the order all effect actual delivery times. Please allow extra time for: Large Orders · Traffic · Weather, etc. We cannot guarantee order times as order accuracy and driver / waiter safety is paramount.

What Is The Minimum Order?
There is no minimum order amount for delivery.

Do I Need to Tip My Waiter/Driver?
Gratuity is no longer expected for delivery orders. Our drivers are compensated for their efforts with a competitive hourly wage.

Can I Cancel My Order?
No. Once orders are placed or confirmed they cannot be cancelled. You order is sent to the restaurant and preparation can begin within minutes.

What Forms of Payment Are Accepted?
We accept Cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, & Discover. Corporate accounts available. For reasons of fraud protection, your credit card must be physically present and handed to your Mobile Waiter upon delivery. We do not accept checks.

Can I Order From Outside The Delivery Area
or From a Restaurant From Another Zone?
For Quality of Service, delivery areas are limited to ensure your meal is delivered hot and fresh. We can sometimes deliver outside normal zones during off-peak periods for an extra fee. Large or Catering orders placed in advance can also be delivered outside normal delivery zones. Please call for availability 303-534-8646.
